The Sky-Watcher SynScan GPS is a compact all-in-one GPS module solution to connect to SynScan computer telescope GOTO system. It provides accurate geometrical coordinates and serves as a precised real-time clock for the GOTO system
The receiver continuously tracks all satellites in view and provides accurate satellite positioning data. The SynScan GPS is optimized for good performance, low cost and maximum flexibility. It is suitable for a wide range of applications utilizing navigation and geometrical information.
Its 12 parallel channels and 4100 search bins providefast satellite signal acquisition and short startup time. Acquisition sensitivity of -140 dBm and tracking sensitivity of -150 dBm offers goodnavigation performance even in urban areas with limited sky view.
The RS232-level serial interface is provided on the interface connector. Supply voltage of 3.8V-8.0V is supported.
