Made with lightweight material, this simple "sleeve" fits easily over the truss tube design and really does help keep out extraneous light sources and definitely cuts down on dust. You'll see the contrast difference on faint objects when observing near light sources! Thanks to a flat black interior, most of the light "bounce" is also cured - improving the view.
