Within CANADA the following Shipping & Handling costs will apply . All shipping charges are subject to applicable Provincial and Federal taxes based on the destination of the order. The following charges will be added according to the sub-total of your order:

There is a chance that shipments going to the U.S. will be stopped at U.S. Customs and brokerage fees charged to the recipient. This charge is billed and collected by the U.S. Customs Brokers for UPS, the United States Postal Service and other carriers. The shipping & handling cost on your invoice does not include brokerage. EfstonScience endeavours to help our customers avoid these charges by filling out all the necessary paperwork and commercial invoices but unfortunately we can not stop U.S. Customs from imposing these fees. Any brokerage charges and duties are the recipient’s responsibility to pay in full directly to the broker as specified. It is very difficult to estimate how much these fees will be so we will not attempt to do so.
Sorry for the inconvenience but don’t forget we are two different countries with different laws and currency!
Shipping Date & Expected Delivery:
Shipping date indicated of your order depends on stock status if the items you have ordered. Shipments are sent primarily by Canada Post and US Post, Purolator and UPS. Special arrangemnets can be made to use other couriers.
For in stock items, the turn-around time from the date of order is 48 hours. You will not receive an email with a delivery date unless requested.
For items that are not in stock, orders will be fulfilled within 2 to 4 weeks. You will receive an email with the estimated delivery date.
Rush orders are subject to extra charges.
Overseas Orders:
At this time, we can not process online orders outside Canada and the Continental U.S.
“FREE Shipping” Promo Codes:
Free shipping promo codes apply to orders to anywhere in Canada ONLY. Promo codes are limited to one per customer. Shipments weighing over 20kg and/or measuring more than 1.0 meters combined perimeter and height (e.g., telescopes) and/or delivered to beyond points may be subject to shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse any promotional codes on oversized shipments and unintended human or computer error. All conditions as outlined on the promotional codes apply.
Collect Orders:
You have the option of using your account number for UPS, Purolator and FedEx shipments. A surcharge of $10 for handling will be applied automatically.
Back Orders:
You will be notified by email of stock and availability of all items on your order. Every effort will be made to ship your order complete. When appropriate, product substitutions will be suggested to the customer for approval. Back ordered items will be shipped free of charge (i.e. If there is more than one shipment for your order, you will only be charged for the first shipment, all subsequent shipments are free of chage.) If an entire order is on Back Order, shipping charges still apply.
Order Cancellation:
An order can be cancelled at any time before shipping. An email to orders@escience.ca must be sent stating the reason for cancellation. A credit will be issued on the card that was originally billed within 48 hours of cancellation request.
Return Policy & Procedures:
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE… EfstonScience wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-authorized and must be shipped back to EfstonScience pre-paid, complete with proof of purchase. Call toll-free 888-777-5255 or email returns@escience.ca for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to accompany your goods.
Returns will not be refunded without an RMA Number. All items must be returned pre-paid in the original condition, unopened and in its original packaging. If your order arrives damaged please return it immediately. All refunds, including any credits for return shipping charges, will be credited to the Visa or MasterCard card used in the original purchase. All returns should be addressed to:

Please note not all items are returnable including all items over $500 as well as telescopes, microscopes, optics, nightvision, airplanes, helicopters, kits and any products requiring assembly, personal care products (i.e., listening devices), software and consumables (i.e., light bulbs). We reserve the right to verify return product information and final decision before issuing a return credit. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment of the items being returned. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless an error in order processing or shipping has been made. A restocking charge may apply if returned after the 30-day period.
Privacy Policy:
When placing your order, you are only required to provide the minimum amount of information (name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiry) necessary for us to fulfil your order. We may contact you by phone or email, if we need further information to complete your order. All information collected by EfstonScience/www.e-sci.com will be kept strictly confidential and secure, and will not be sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed unless required by a valid legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute, or court order.
